1. Introduction
Welcome to WorthyPunks (www.worthypunks.gr), a retro gaming community and multivendor marketplace operated by Multimodal Solutions. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
WorthyPunks provides a platform where retro gaming enthusiasts can connect, share content, buy and sell retro gaming products, and participate in community activities.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Verify your email address before accessing your account
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3. Marketplace
WorthyPunks operates as a multivendor marketplace. Vendors can apply to sell products on the platform. All vendor applications are reviewed and must be approved by our team before the vendor can list products.
WorthyPunks acts as an intermediary between buyers and vendors. We are not the seller of the products listed by vendors. Each vendor is responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fulfillment of orders, and compliance with applicable laws.
4. Fees & Commission
WorthyPunks charges a simple, transparent commission on sales made through our marketplace:
- Platform commission: 5% per sale — one of the lowest rates in the industry
- Stripe payment processing: 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction (standard EU card rates, charged by Stripe)
- No withdrawal fees — payouts go directly to your Stripe account
- No listing fees — listing products is completely free

Stripe payment processing fees (1.5% + €0.25 for EU cards) apply to all platforms that use Stripe — other platforms may have similar or higher payment processing fees built into their commission.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Buyers pay at checkout, and vendors receive their earnings after the platform commission is deducted. Vendors must connect a Stripe account to receive payouts.
Refunds and disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a buyer is unsatisfied with a purchase, they should contact the vendor first. If no resolution is reached, our team will mediate.
6. User Content
Users may post content including activity updates, forum posts, reviews, and blog articles. By posting content, you agree that:
- You own or have the right to share the content
- Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
- WorthyPunks may moderate or remove content that violates these terms
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited on WorthyPunks:
- Selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products
- Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other users
- Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware
- Manipulating reviews, ratings, or sales data
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
8. Limitation of Liability
WorthyPunks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Transactions between buyers and vendors are the responsibility of the parties involved. We do our best to maintain a safe and fair marketplace, but cannot guarantee every transaction.
